By using ColorPark.io, you agree to comply with these terms. We provide design services under clear mutual understanding and professional ethics. Projects must be lawful and not infringe any third-party rights.
- Content must not violate copyright or trademark laws
- No use of our platform for spam or illegal activities
- We reserve the right to decline unethical requests
- Any misuse will result in immediate termination
Intellectual Property
All designs, templates, and content produced by ColorPark remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, rights are transferred to the client with the agreed terms.
- Ownership is transferred after final approval and payment
- We retain rights to display designs in our portfolio
- Clients may not resell or distribute without permission
- Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited
Orders may be canceled before design work begins. Once work starts, refunds follow our Refund Policy.
We offer revision rounds as per your package. If unsatisfied after final revision, we’ll offer alternatives within scope.
No limits on commercial usage once ownership is transferred. However, resale, redistribution, or misuse is prohibited.
Yes, source files (e.g., PSD, AI, Figma) are included depending on your package. Let us know during the briefing stage.
