Transparent Refund Terms
ColorPark.io is committed to customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and clear, ensuring mutual understanding and professionalism throughout every project.
- Full refunds available if cancellation occurs before work begins
- Partial refunds considered if progress is made
- No refunds once final designs are delivered and approved
- All refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days
You’re eligible for a full refund if the project is canceled before any design work begins and within 24 hours of order confirmation.
We’ll try our best to resolve the issue through revisions. If still unsatisfied and within project scope, a partial refund may be considered.
Send an email to b2b@colorpark.io with your order ID and reason for the request. We will evaluate and respond within 3 working days.
Refunds are not issued for completed and approved projects, delays caused by client inaction, or out-of-scope requests after delivery.
